It is important to let them have good mood at work, and it will increase the productivity and maintain a wonderful atmosphere at work. State of mood can easily be infected from one person to another. Therefore, it’s important to have employees in good mood so that any one having relationship with the company will also be happy, and the company image will also be good.

A person is happy with what he is doing if he is really interested in it. Therefore, management should aware which employee is interested in what kind of job. Placing the right person at the right place is very important. When one is placed at the job that he is interested in, he will feel very comfortable to work. He won’t feel any burden about it.

It is also very important to maintain a comfortable work place. The ventilation and temperature of the room, the position of tables and chars, and the brightness of the work place play a great role in changing one’s mood at work place. Employees should also be given enough time to rest so that they won’t feel so much stress and pressure. Planning for some games or sports during break time is also a good idea to keep employees in good mood.

As nothing can guarantee that employees would be in good mood, it can only be made sure that all the frustrating and annoying things are reduced as much as possible.
